Please use the online submission form below to submit your information and keep your abstract at less than 300 words (excl. references). Be sure to select a theme and choose whether you would like to give an oral presentation or present a poster. Please note, that choosing an oral presentation does not guarantee you will give a talk. Presenters will be contacted in due course.

Submissions close on 01 September 2025.

If you are an early career researcher of less than five years since PhD graduation, you might be eligible for our new Early Career Award. Check out the Awards page for more information.
